ClauseGuard assigns each installation a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you choose to upgrade to Pro (in which case Stripe collects your payment details directly).
Contract text you submit for analysis is sent to our API to generate the analysis. We store a short metadata record (contract type, risk score, timestamp) linked to your anonymous ID. The full contract text is cached temporarily for performance and deleted after 30 days. We never sell, share, or train models on your contract text.
To delete all data associated with your anonymous ID, email hello@mini-on-ai.com with your ID (found in the extension's Account tab). We will delete it within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of ClauseGuard after changes constitutes acceptance.
